By its choice of exceptional raw materials offering a very great potential of maturation, Jural produces, with passion and know-how, authentic specialties: Coppa, Salami, Bacon… without forgetting, Chorizo, blood pudding, Pancetta and other products.

The availability of our specialties is limited in time because those are produced respecting the seasons and in limited quantities. The objective is to obtain an exquisite mixture of flavours and savours seizing the most demanding palates. Each flesh is different. The race of the animals as well as the ground on which they feed are key elements.

Jural produces its specialties according to ancestral methods adapted to the quality of the flesh and the cuts used. The specialties reach their apogee by a maturation in cellar and specific care before being tasted. At this point in time a long deployment of flavours and savours able to please any epicurean will seize you.
